Here it is, November and election time, so remember to vote for the person that you think will be a better President. Mark your calendar and don't forget, it is your right!!!

Our Thanksgiving Dinner will be on Monday, November 17th, in the Elks Dining Room. It will start at 6:30. The turkey will be provided, you just bring the trimmings and a guest. We will be having our last game of Bingo that night also. Fun, fun, fun...

This month we are still selling desserts on Fridays, so stop by on your way to the Dining Room and buy a little bit of yummy.

We will be nominating for 2009 officers. You do need to be present to be nominated, and you must have attended at least 6 meetings this year. Nominations will take place at our first meeting.

Our luncheon this month will be at Cortez at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 12th.

A note of thanks to everyone that brought cakes, cupcakes, and other goodies for the cakewalk we had for the kids last month. Also, everyone enjoyed Bunko, we just need more ladies in attendance. We will be doing it again in January, so spread the word!
